Observation

All Rooms: Roller shades cording control hardware does not excess cording that forms looping. With the control the cording should not be able to be pulled to form a loop Cording from lamp in room was excess and accessibe to children. Cording for electronic (IPAD, Tablet or IPhone) was observed to be dangling from an outlet and is accessible to children. Cording for walkie talkie charger was loose, dangling and accessible to children. Chipping paint and/or holes in sink counter tops were observed in classrooms. There was a restroom door frame in a classroom that was observed to have chipped paint and rust present. There was cabinets that were observed to have chipping paint and/or paint bubbled up on verge of peeling. A space where screws were present and possible holing a pictures were removed and holes were present. Carpet in room curled at edges and forms a tripping hazard. Need to ensure that children use swings one at a time due to spacing between swings children cannot occupy both swings at one time due to spacing/clearance. Need to move slide or black storage bin from the bottom of the slide to allow for 6 feet fall zone from the bottom of the slide. Black Barrier around play structure and to enclose wood chips is starting to tilt and silver bolt to hold the black barrier in place in some areas is starting to lift. Children's house walk way has wood barrier in some spaces and then there is no barrier in other areas which forms a tripping hazard. There is not an even transition from the grassy area to the cement area on the walk way. Also at the end of this walk way the prior cement chain link fence post has been removed but not completely shaved/sanded/ cut and has sharp edges. By white fence there is pieces of wood that has been placed as another barrier however, creates a hazard for children when in that area because their feet can get caught. Under the white fence in some areas the gap is larger than 3 1/2 inches.
